Tour The Villa - "Carribean Style, Island Time Attitude"
Amenities: Outdoor shower; laundry room; A/C in bedrooms; ceiling fans in bedrooms and great room; high-speed cable wireless Internet; digital tv; Ipod docking station; unlimited local cell phone for use on island; beach chairs and beach towels in addition to all bath and bed linens, outdoor gas grill.
Services: Housekeeping service once per week (more often if requested); round-trip transfers from Nevis airport, or St. Kitts airport by taxi and water taxi to Nevis; welcome breakfast and drinks provided; weekly pool and gardening services; assistance with car rental and reservations; provisioning and/or private chef on request.
Child Policy: Not recommended for small children because of high ledges.

Living Room: Large Great Room with intimate sitting area; comfortable sofa, love seat and side chairs, with 15’ wall opening to the pool and sunset terrace. Warm Mexican saltillo tiles and high ceilings throughout the Villa reflect traditional Plantation style details. Unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea and St. Kitts from your easy chair!

Kitchen: Adjoining the Great Room area, with north views to the neighboring conservation lands of Tower Hill Estate, and west through the adjacent dining pavilion to the Caribbean Sea. Corian counters, large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, gas range, dishwasher,
toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, juicer, blender, and a gas grill outdoors. Lots of kitchen gadgets!

Dining Room: Located off the Grand Terrace, and
connected to the Kitchen is the screened Dining Pavilion that seats up to 8, with a cozy, private seating
area for two with wicker rockers. There are sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea to the west, Tower Hill Estate to the
north and Mt. Nevis to the east.

Terraces: Island Time has 1000 sq feet of terraces and verandahs.
The Sunset Terrace is open to the spectacular views across the western beaches of Nevis to the Caribbean Sea and nearby St. Kitts. The distant islands of Saba, Statia, St. Barts, and St. Martin can also be seen. There is a large sundeck with a 10’ x 20’ x 8’ pool, a small dining table and chairs, lounge chairs, and an outdoor gas grill. |

The Verandah is a screened porch facing
east with views to Mt. Nevis. It is furnished with comfortable chairs and side tables, perfect for reading a book,
enjoying the tropical breezes
off Mt. Nevis, or just taking time out.
The Garden Terrace is located on the lower level,
accessible by staircase from the Grand Terrace.
Surrounded by passion flower vines, heliconias, and other tropical blossoms, it serves as a private
terrace for the Tropical Garden Suite. |
